The Syndicate is run by a President, (the president of the Conseil Général of the Aveyron), two Vice-Presidents and two members.
Four people have the job of enacting the programme defined each year by the Syndicat Mixte: a director, an assistant, a historian who carries out research and an interpretative guide/cultural events organiser to ensure that people have the best possible experience when visiting the Templar and Hospitaller sites on the Larzac.
Numbering 16 members (historians, archivists, architects, archaeologists) and presided over by an expert from Unesco, Professor at the University of Paris I, it oversees the historical content of the presentation of local history on the sites and participates in the development of the programme for the Interpretative Centre which is in the process of being created.
